Abstract

Tamara Hale is an American design and digital anthropologist that has been cooperating with various state-funded and commercial organizations for many years, as well as with business ventures in design and IT. The following paper dwells upon problems and perspectives of employing anthropological instruments in innovations, strategic planning and product development - and upon certain peculiarities concerning introduction and interpretation of anthropological approach in project practice of designers and executives.
